Well, this is an award winning ‘world’s best airport hotel’ - truly deserved. The service was top notch, room was of superb quality and good size (pretty spacious), plenty of space for a child buggy and a few large suitcases. Bathroom was 4-piece suite with showers and a separate bath. High quality bed and decoration. Cleanliness was superb, room was tidy and faultless in my opinion. If you can, ask for a swimming pool view room the view was amazing. Best of all, you can walk your trolley of luggage from terminal 2/3 straight to your room without having to ride a train or taxi, within 10-15 mins walk.

How many airport hotels worldwide have 4.5 or more stars? This hotel is doing so many things right. So as not to get too wordy here is a quick hit-list of why you should stay here: - Easy check-in and check out (like all airport hotels should be) - Super thoughtfully designed rooms to maximize luggage/storage options - Clean, noise proofed, well laid out rooms, many (ours) with incredible runway views (excellent for kids and aviation enthusiasts) - An extra large incredibly designed pool. Perfect for lap swimming (around 20 meters) or lounging - how many airport pools have that? -Easy access to all of the main terminals. Its closest to Terminal 3 but we were leaving out of #2 which meant a 12 minute walk or 15 minute tram ride.

Where do I start. The rooms are of excellent standard. The runway rooms are exactly that. Kept the young plane enthusiasts very entertained. Disappointed we only had one night here. The ease of finding the hotel. The check in staff were so helpful especially since we didn’t have a booking and walked in to see if we could get a room. The amenities within the room are of a high standard and overall expectations for a well rested stay exceed our expectations. In room dining was easy to follow and of high quality. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Love the room with airplane runway view, location iş great the room is clean. The downside is these staff services… when request for an extra bed , quickly reply no extra bed without even check first. When call the operator , request for late check out….the reply wasn’t not polite & saying impossible even for an hour check out. If only the services & courtesy improve, this good be a great hotel.

My flight delayed, then i cant catch my next flight, fastest flight is tomorrow morning. The airline book me in this hotel just outside the custom and it was very comfortable. The room is beautiful! The bed is spacious, the linen is clean and soft, there is shower and a bath tube with glass window overlook the city! I love that they use soaps and shampoo in dispensers, and have special communication on dirty or clean towels. The restaurants also provide delicious food, westerns and locals! A great experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
