Great location right off of the expressway in the West Loop. Staff was very friendly. That's where the pleasantries end. The room had ZERO soundproofing. Loud traffic and speeders could be heard LOUD and CLEAR all night long. Bathroom was in need of renovation and visibly worn out. Thermostat was malfunctioning and blasted bright blue light directly at the bed all night. Do not recommend this property without significant updates to soundproofing and renovation of the rooms.

A Clean hotel with a somewhat outdated interior. The sheets are fresh, and the towels are almost plentiful. We enjoyed a good night's rest rather than spending the night in a state of anxious vigilance, watching for any signs of the uninvited. Prime location! Restaurants, shops, and attractions are just a short stroll away. There is no need to worry about transportation or being stuck in a distant suburb. You are in the heart of it all, surrounded by the city's pulse. BUT... breakfast is NOT complimentary (like other IHG brands), and the parking cost is ridiculous!

Was worried about noise from highway but not bad with a west side room facing the Walgreens. Nothing out of the ordinary with rooms. Pretty standard. West loop location is convenient for food options and transit

Stayed here for a couple days for a work event, the rooms were a bit outdated and the water pressure from the shower was a little weak. I must say the bed was very comfortable and the views from the higher floors were amazing. Customer service was excellent, there was easy access to Walgreens and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This hotel is terrific. From the moment I was checked in by Alexander I felt welcome. We were tired from our delayed flight so he speedily got us to our room. The rooms are very contemporary and new. Super efficient use of space with a balcony overlooking the city. A market right across the street. Excellent breakfast buffet and coffee. I'm coming back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
