I've visited the crown multiple years over the last 6 years for an annual convention/conference. As many others have stated, the place has been dated and in need of an update for years. All the same, they take care of folks, and there is plenty of room for any need. That being said, now I hear that it may be purchased and used to house some homeless folks. Sad that it seems it's fallen from being a usable/profitable hotel, but the facility will definitely help and be an upgrade for the homeless. I'll always have fond memories of the events I've attended, and wish the staff luck for the future.

It's not a super new fancy hotel but the service was excellent and the rooms while dated were very clean. Everything in the room worked well and there wasn't a lot of noise. When I asked for extras they went above and beyond to help me out. I will definitely stay here again especially since they have a super convenient airport shuttle.

I booked 3 nights thru Priceline, even though I know better! I booked specifically due to the indoor pool, which I even called Priceline to verify, having had issues prior with them stating indoor vs outdoor. Reassured, I get to the hotel and find that the pool has been shut down for renovations/repairs! I informed the guy working the desk that it wasn’t acceptable, so I would only be staying the first night. He apologized profusely, and said I should call Priceline for a refund of unused days. True to form, Priceline refused, stating that the hotel refused to refund them. The Crowne website correctly stated the pool was down, and when they update theirs, Priceline gets the updated link. They sent this to Priceline well in advance. The gentleman working was amazing, and said he would keep trying to get my refund. I checked out next morning, and today, I got a call that my refund is processed! He went so far above and beyond, it blows my mind! The gal at the desk in am heard about it, and she gave us free breakfast vouchers! Mulu in the restaurant was also great! Our room was good, lobby gorgeous, and staff top notch! My only issue was how very dark it was in the parking area and lack of signage to find main entrance. Also, the night auditor was on her cell phone with it on speaker for well over an hour, and was unprofessional to some travelers checking in late. (I was in lobby working, since I couldn’t sleep). All in all, I will recommend, due totally to staff! (1/19/24)

I booked using points; and as someone who has saved up points - it’s (in my opinion) supposed to be exciting at the least. Woo. Free stuff. This experience was another reason I am shying away from the IHG program… I arrived extremely early in the morning as traffic was atrocious - and I swear the best service I got was from security who, followed me to my parking spot to be sure I was really a guest. Note to hotel: Please get your security man a MARKED security car. It’s not safe (for him!) to have him doing his job approaching people at that hour in an unmarked car. This man does his job well, was extremely polite and calm to me - a very alert solo traveler - but I was SPOOKED having a man approaching me from a dark car at this hour. Front desk didn’t give me options for points or amenities, just told me to grab a snack. The room itself was small but the bed was decent and the sheets were super soft. It smelled nice and was clean. Seemed a lil “eh” as the microwave tripped the breaker, and the wall had a chunk out of it - but workable for the points used, I suppose. On the plus side, if you’re like me - and need a tub…the room has a bathtub, proper. So if you like to soak, yes. I didn’t wake up early enough for breakfast but the interior common area seems just a bit dated, but serviceable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
