Well run, comfortable hotel with excellent staff. The lobby bar & restaurant is great, and the venison goulash is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is perfectly nice and diverse, and while the fitness room and pool are not large, they are very usable and nice. Highly recommend except if you want to be downtown, since this is a bit out of the way, a €20 can ride away.

Had a lovely stay here. Well connected to city centre by tram (station just at front of hotel) that takes about 20 minutes. Well connected to the airport as well. Fast check in, acknowledged my Platinum Elite status. Room was clean, a bit dated but with all basics. Breakfast was very good, service excellent. Would stay here again.

Unfortunately my experience at this Crowne plaza was not as good as other places. Sauna area was very basic and not the cleanest as well. There was fungi in the shower area. There wasn't any drinking water provided in the wellness and gym area. I appreciate the sustainability measures but here the rooms didn't even have a bathrobe or shampoo or body gel. On a positive side, rooms were pleasant and had a nice air freshener.

I've stayed in a number of hotels across the USA and this was my first hotel stay abroad in quite some time. So I was a little apprehensive to book it after reading some of the reviews, but knowing that each person's experience is different along with knowing this is a reputable brand, I decided to go with my gut. And I'm glad I did. I recently got a room here for a quick one day, one night turn-around trip and while there were some differences compared to what I am used to from American hotels, I didn't find a single thing to complain about regarding this stay. The front desk was very kind, professional, and accommodating. They worked with me and was able to check me in early. Everything about the hotel and room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was quite peaceful. The room was presented very clean with no appearance of cleaning shortcuts as I am accustomed to seeing in American hotels. As a plus, it also came with a gorgeous view of downtown Frankfurt. The location was ideal for me as it was about a 6 minute taxi ride from the airport and in an area where traffic wasn't very heavy; making it really quiet. If being closer to downtown Frankfurt is something you're looking for, then it may not be as ideal. But this was perfect for me. I did notice that the room didn't come with a microwave nor fridge, but I didn't need either of those so it really was a non-issue and therefore, not a complaint. However, for people from the USA or other locations that are used to those amenities; from my understanding, this is something that is common throughout the whole of Germany; the lack of microwave and fridge in the rooms. So, just a nice bit of info to be aware of if this is in fact true. All in all, this hotel checked all the blocks and met all my needs. The next time I visit Frankfurt, I will not hesitate to book a room here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Hotel is decent quality, but tell me how it’s okay to have no heat in the midst of negative temperatures in winter. Minus 7°C outside and the only thing they’re willing to do is give an extra blanket. Health and safety should shut this hotel down. Embarrassing.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
