        It was one of the best hotel experiences I have had so far. The location is convenient. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Taxi rides are also available (they responded within minutes). Excellent breakfast. Being a Muslim, I had a lot of options. Their service is premium. The streets around the hotel are tranquil and friendly. The view from the higher floors is breathtaking. I have added a few videos and photos. You can check those to get a first-person perspective. Their internet connection is excellent.

        Subject: Complaint - Disappointment with the Service Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the service I recently experienced during my stay at your establishment, supposedly a 5-star hotel. On the first night, I was informed that the heating was out in my room and throughout the entire hotel, which left me perplexed. However, three days later, after changing rooms, the heating in the new room was functioning perfectly. This inconsistency in information is unacceptable. Furthermore, the temporary solution offered to me, a small electric heater to "get through the evening" in a room of a supposedly high-end establishment, is unacceptable. It does not align with the standards one would expect from a 5-star facility. This experience has significantly tarnished my stay and left me with an impression of amateurism and a lack of professionalism. As a customer, I expected impeccable service, and it is regrettable to see that this was not the case. I kindly ask you to take immediate action to address these issues to prevent other customers from having a similar experience. Hoping for a prompt resolution to these inconveniences, I look forward to your actions.

        Terrible experience. Apparently the housekeepers do not understand the meaning of 'do not disturb', they literally rang the doorbell multiple times and when you don't respond, they start knocking on the door. The button that cancels the doorbell also does not work and this is a supposed 5 star hotel?? Also, the heater's out so don't expect any warm air during the winter. Receptionists also serve you with the worst looking faces so don't expect too much from this joke of a 5 star establishment

        My mum could have her shoulders /back broken due to their dangerous lifts - without the usual safety sensor. Within two days stay, out of us 8 people, 3 got hit on the shoulders by the lift doors shutting hard. My mum (nearly 80) fell on the floor and hit her head subsequently due to the sudden force hitting her. We had to take her to a&e. Reported to the manager of the hotel. But I don't know if they would eventually do anything about it to Sto this happening altogether - Those lifts should not be allowed to operate until any risk of repeat is eliminated.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
