I knew my stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel would be nothing short of spectacular from the moment I checked in. The lobby was a sight to behold, with polished floors, tasteful artwork hanging on the walls, and a kind staff that greeted me with smiles and provided prompt service. My room was a luxurious and comfortable retreat. The view of the city skyline was spectacular, especially at night, and the king-sized bed felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. Every element, including the luxurious amenities and the fluffy towels in the roomy bathroom, was designed to maximize comfort. The hotel's restaurant was a gastronomic adventure. Very close to the cruise ports, but I will say the entrance was a little confusing to find at first because it seems to share parking with an Aloft hotel. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfy. View was decent and I think we'll definitely be back here again the next time we are in the area. It seems like most of the bad reviews are focused on the shuttle service. Because this place is so close to the ports I recommend ride sharing. It's much cheaper and you won't be waiting long. Not sure why people opted for the shuttle in the first place with the cheaper options out there.

From the moment I stepped into the Crowne Plaza Hotel, I knew my stay would be nothing short of extraordinary. My room was a haven of comfort and luxury. The king-sized bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the view of the city skyline was breathtaking, especially at night. Every detail, from the plush towels in the spacious bathroom to the high-quality amenities, was catered to provide maximum comfort. Dining at the hotel was a culinary adventure. The on-site restaurant served an array of exquisite dishes, each plated to perfection and bursting with flavor. Spent one night before cruise. Pros: - Room was clean - Pool is ok, fun with kids. Cons: - We had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle at the airport. When it finally arrived there was not enough room for us and the driver told us he’d be back 30 minutes later. We ended up taking a taxi instead of waiting. - Cruise port shuttle are way too expansive( 15$/person). Take a taxi, way cheaper. - rooms are very average. Wouldn’t go back

The renovation is nice. The staff is overwhelmed and wear many hats. The restaurant food is not so good and not much around there. The pool is NOT heated. How can that be in FT Lauderdale and at a Crowne Plaza! Nice pool, pool area but cold water. I was very disappointed at that, as I looked forward to going in the water.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
