I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional atmosphere and impeccable service provided by the hotel's staff. The level of genuine care and willingness to assist in every situation or inquiry truly made a significant impact on my stay. I would like to extend my immense appreciation and gratitude to Habibe and Merve for the unique and heartfelt hospitality they extended during each breakfast service. Crowne Plaza Istanbul is a great hotel with an amazing staff. They make you feel like at home from the first day. From reception, bars, breakfast service, room service to housekeeper department (especial mention to Aygul, housekeeper. She is a great professional) THANK YOU, you all make the difference and the experience unique.

I stayed 2 weeks in this hotel. I was happy with the hotel and in particular with the hotel staff. I would like to praise Sehnaz, Habibe, Merve and Canan. They were friendly and professional, always ready to help. Just one thing which should be improved - it is bathroom equipment. In my room, it was leaking. It would be great if it is checked before customer occupies the room. That is why it is not 5 stars, but only 4. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, with large and comfy rooms, clean bathrooms and with an exceptional breakfast buffet, very close to the Shopping Mall and the airport. (Small remark: the lighting in the rooms could be better, for me it was a bit too dark). What stood out especially was the extremely helpful staff that supported me after a quite expensive taxi scam in the middle of the night (and managed in the end to sort it all out in the very same night). Thanks a lot for going beyond expectations here! (Btw. this was my only negative experience in Istanbul, besides of that I have only experienced great hospitality and very helpful and friendly people)

January 22,2024 - room 1321. i would like to commend the very good services of the following: chef Fazli, habibe and marve - who are cheerful and patient and can understand English. Chef fazli shows good understanding of my food restrictions . Same with habibe and marve. Communication skills in English is very important to guest like me. Ryhan from front desk is cheerful and accommodating. The bellman ( i didnt get his name) has a very good approach and cheerful . He was the one who assisted me at around 1:30 pm to bring my luggages to the lobby. 😊also the hotel staff from the concierge ( I did not get his name) who assisted Crystine and i for our tour of the istanbul asia side on January 19, 2023.😊i want also to commend the guest relations officer Yahmus she made it sure that our stay is good and memorable, she is accommodating and helpful 😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
