        Wonderful place to stay. The rooms were fantastic, the swimming pool clean and safe to use for children as well, the breakfast was great, The staff were always kind and helpful. We had a lovely time at Crowne Plaza in Deira. Thank you very much.

Thanks for Staff Elizabeth and her other colleagues help me to take care of one of my sons (4years old boy,he need sleep so I left him in room and we went out for lunch for about 90mins😂😂😂 )when I was out. He was wondering in the Hotel and found by Elizabeth, she was so kind play with him and show cartoon by her cellphone and comfort him 🍼🍼🍼

        The kids had a wonderful experience! Started with decorating their own gingerbread house, followed by lunch and a special Santa appearance with goodies to giveaway! Overall, cozy ambience and good music. Would definitely do it again. Special thanks to Johanna.

        We visited the hotel in November 2023. We liked the hotel, polite and attentive staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleaning was done regularly. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Clean swimming pool, nearby there is a steam room and a gym. We would like to express our gratitude to the receptionist Aliya for her help, responsiveness, support and advice in a city unfamiliar to us. We wish our employees success and prosperity!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
