I would suggest using the paid airport shuttle because it is cheaper and convenient. For the bus, you will have to change it once. It will be a hassle with luggage. It is at least 45min from the city centre. You will have to take a bus and the metro to reach the city centre For the nearest bus stop follow the signs provided at the hotel instead of using Google Maps because the bus stop suggested by the hotel was not shown on Google Maps and it is also cheaper. The hotel is located near no cafe or eateries. Hence go for the breakfast option at the hotel. The breakfast is worth mentioning. The heating works well and the other hotel facilities are up-to-the-mark. The hotel rooms are spacious.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and I made use of one of their conference rooms. The staff here were incredibly helpful, helped me with my deliveries, ensured I have everything I need for the course, and kept communication open with me throughout the three days. They've ensured myself and my students are well taken care of. I must have approached reception at least once a day during the training, and everytime they have welcomed me with a smile on their face, and put my worries at ease. Also, I want to mention Daniel Diez, who was my main point of contact. I have appreciated his professionalism, his decision making process, his approachability and the fact that he went above and beyond to ensure the course runs smooth, even when I had encountered some logistics issues. He is definitely an asset to this company. Thank you to everyone who is part of this team, your help and understanding meant a lot to me.

This is a quality business hotel, with big quiet rooms, a nice bathroom (and shower + tub), a nice outdoor patio area for daytime working or nighttime drinks or casual dining, and a great breakfast. Get the breakfast option when you book! The staff were all helpful and friendly, they seemed very motivated to provide a good guest experience. The bartenders and the woman who runs the breaks fast service were standouts along with the day shift front desk guy who checked us in. The one note is that it’s not convenient to the metro / train system - there’s a bus a few blocks away that takes you to the metro about 20 minutes away that’s nice, just be aware that it’s not a fast way to get into town - we ended up using Bolt after the first day, which is cheap and reliable, and Uber is also in operation there. But if you’re visiting Madrid to be convenient to the airport, as we needed to be for a super early first flight of several of a day getting home across the world, this is your place. Apparently the only photos I took of it are of the breakfast area and our food, so enjoy a peek at that. Recommended.

We 5 families (18 guests Fall break vacation) from Atlanta, USA stayed at Crowne Plaza Madrid Airport from September 23 - 26, 2023 . We had great experience and rooms are spacious / cozy. Amazing breakfast, great varieties of breads / juices. Customer service was great. Slightly far from the Airport and center of the city. Either way it costed around 19 Euros from the airport and to the city center (for tours) on Uber. No complaints and everyone was happy.

There are two Crowne Plaza in Madrid. The Crowne plaza in the city centre is higher on cost but most luxurious. This Crowne plaza is close to Airport and if you did not book their shuttle, the airport taxi will cost you around €25. Their price is also very economical. The customer service is excellent. The front desk team is brilliant in welcoming guest. The food is good and rooms we’re comfortable and very clean. Great job by hose keeping team. I only wish they expand their front reception. Overall, you can comfortably stay here! No issues at all. * No SPA facilities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
