        This was my second visit, and unfortunately, my perception about this hotel stays the same. It's very much below average in terms of service, mantainence as well as location from city. The only benefit is that the room price per night is far below than other very good hotels in Muscat. I was offered twin bed, which was very much acceptable, and the washroom had some sort of unpleasant smell in the shower area. They moved me to a king-size bed room only to find the shower area had clogging issues, no iron in the room. I asked the reception as well as housekeeping to look into this during my absence during the day, but no action was taken. The issue was resolved on the third reminder one i was back. The breakfast area was a bit crowded, but the staff responsible for the cleanup of tables and changing with fresh cutlery was either missing or on snail's pace. Had to really ask them to get at least one clean table. Food was good in variety. Parking was an issue since a lot of events were ongoing in the hotel, and vallet service could have helped. As being a member of IHG, no points options were given. Had to call up reception to remind them to add points.

        This i call my second home in muscat. I always stay here whenever I'm in muscat. We had a get together here. The arrangements were good also the food was amazing. Miss Reshma was excellent. She bought me a hot cup of soup for my son who had fever n was not eating anything as there was soup in our menu for the party. Very considerate woman. All in all lovely stay with lovely staff .

        We had an opportunity to have their Christmas brunch. But it was quite crowded and our needs were not much satisfied. So we decided to go a second time for the Friday brunch. This time it was totally the standard of crowne plaza!! Mr Michael- the manager spoke to us during our booking and he made sure that all our needs were met. The staff at the Mosaic restaurant are so friendly and at your service… the food was delicious and tasty. The grill station was yummy!!! There were games and music for entertainment… Definitely will be going there soon. Worth the penny and taste

        In general terms, our stay was excellent. We were just a little disappointed that there is no complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport for this level of hotel, considering the closeness to the convention center and the airport. Another issue we had is that we were two guests, but for some reason they left only one set of towels every day, and we had to request extra to the front desk. Also breakfast is extra, but it has a wide variety of options in the buffet. Massage services are recommended and we also rented a car with Cruise, at the office next to the lobby. Shinaz gave us a great price for a sedan, and we managed to visit wadi Shab, an amazing adventure. Overall we are happy, but clearly some things could be improved. Thanks!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
