Everything was quite good, especially their personnel. The front desk, quick and helpful. Check in was a breeze. We were accidentally double charged for valet and they politely took it off our invoice and apologized. The valet, absolutely perfect, quick, polite and helpful. Probably one of the best valet services we’ve had in all of our years of travel. Housekeeping was quick to respond and our room was clean. My only issue is the room (200) is set up oddly and seemed to be missing things. There are no hooks to hang any towels, bath or hand towels. There’s a dishwasher but no dishes. There were 2 paper coffee cups. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out and there were no pillows available. Thankfully the pillows in the bed are nice and fluffy so we were able to use one of those.

Like all Crowne Plaza properties the service at this location is impeccable! 5 star. Everyone is friendly, smiling, and willing to help. This is a must stay location. Convenient to local attractions. The valet parking is worth it and better than other hotels in the area that charge a per visit parking fee which gets expensive. We look forward to visiting the hotel again.

Perfect for an event at the Amway center. Room was clean and staff couldnt have been nicer. We ordered room service and was quite tasty. The ability to park my car and use the free shuttle transport was great! The shuttle drivers were courteous and made sure that everyone got back to the hotel safely. Yes parking was 21.00 but is more at the venue and we didn't have to worry bout driving through the crowd of people all leaving at the same time. Also coming from NYC.....21.00 is a bargain! We had the breakfast the next morning and it was not bad, actually typical breakfast buffet food. However, the staff attending the breakfast area were so nice, got us our coffee and juice, set up a booth for us and cleared away our dish as soon as empty and encouraged us to go back for more. The " main" guy was very friendly and very comical to boot. We enjoyed our stay.

Crowne Plaza Orlando- Downtown was a great hotel and hopefully one day soon they will be a great hotel again. But currently they are not a great hotel but we would consider location at best a good hotel currently due to a total renovation. You will see in our pictures of what we are talking about. The beds are still comfortable. The prices are a little high considering they are in the middle of a complete renovation from top to bottom.

I always knew this hotel as a landmark you pass off the interstate while going through downtown, and finally had the reason to stay a night. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We got a free shuttle ride to and from our event, which was nice and hassle free with a friendly driver. Tina at the front desk was super kind and gave us an upgrade to help with kiddo bedtime. We also enjoyed some pool time with towels provided at the pool, though we were the only ones while we were there. The room was outdated but nice, clean, and spacious. The suite had swinging doors and slat windows to the bathroom, which was unexpected, but a solid door between the bedroom and sitting room. The hotel is removed from the action of downtown and sparsely populated while we were there, but it is a central location for enjoying actual Orlando if you are going to drive or take the shuttle.
