I was first trip with my family in Vietnam. My family will be choice your resort next time Vietnam trip when I going to next Vietnam trip. I've traveled to many places such as Australia, Malaysia Bali, Singapore, Guam, Japan(Okinawa, Tokyo) else... I want to prioritize your resort among many places. Amazing clean facilities and there are plenty of in-hotel activities on offer. Staff were very friendly although they can come across as abrasive at times. We had a beach suite on Level 1 with direct access to the pool. Although our room views were obstructed by the back of the sands beach cafe the room itself was large and clean. Layout of the hotel has been well thought out with all amenities in close proximity. Cash can be taken out at the reception. Cheaper to order a Grab via the app rather than a taxi at reception. Reception also has a board of the hotel activities and kids club activities running for the day. The beach and pool are lacking sun beds so you have to get in early to secure a spot. Overall it’s a very family friendly resort which provides a luxury guest experience.

Crowne Plaza is a fantastic place! Private beach, fitness center, shuttle bus from the hotel to airport, airport to the hotel, the hotel to Grand World, Grand World to the hotel, it was amazing. We are very satisfied with staying in this hotel. We feel that we get what we deserve to get. Their service is amazing and the employees are always smiling at you whenever they see you. Especially, Frank was very kind and nice in the horizon restaurant. You will meet Frank and know why I said it. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not regret.

The hotel is located up north, near Grand World, VinWonders and the safari. The hotel provides shuttle to Grand World in the evening. It’s relatively new and beautiful if your room comes with the ocean view. Very nice pools and beach, soft white sands, perfect for sunset watching. However, the water pressure for shower is low and weak, not hot as well. Breakfast was not bad. Tips: Book an ocean view room and ask for a room in the center and high floor. Room number ends with e.g. x49, x51 etc should have a better view of the ocean and the pool. I got a room at the corner x71 on the top floor, overlooking the villas but quieter, just far from the elevators!

This hotel is fantastic! The service was great and special shout-out to the Executive Chef “Sang Le” who prepared some lovely meals for us at the Horizons Buffet. The pools were great & if they could maybe add some music it could really boost the atmosphere. Another welcomed addition if they could have a bus operating from the hotel to Grand World a few times a day not just at night. The rooms are kept nice and clean & lots of free water! The air con had some issues due to power surge but they were very prompt in sending maintenance over. We also dropped off our son at the Tribe Kids Club for 3 hours and he enjoyed it. He said “They took me in a golf buggy and drove me down to the Amber Sands restaurant and I dined alone, it was very interesting.” Overall a really good stay at The Crowne Plaza and if we get the chance we will come again & highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
