Some of the hotel's facilities are relatively old. For example, some buttons in the elevator are not bright, and I am confused every time I take the one on the left to go to the fourth floor. It's a pity that the outdoor swimming pool is not open when the weather is cold. The room facilities are very good, but there is a nail on the ground, which may be from the foot of the bed. Room facilities are generally good. A big beetle flew in and the waiter quickly caught it. It did not kill any animals and was very environmentally friendly. It's quite far from the city center. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the subway station. Buses are not very frequent on weekends. But it is cheap

In this trip, I discovered that Roman people are rude and having said that, the staff at this hotel were really nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated but I had two great nights of sleep here. The hotel it's about 5 km from Vatican city and about 7-8 from other monuments, definitely a great value for the location. About 21km from the airport. But the ambiance, we had a great time meeting people at the restaurant and bar and talking with staff. Don't rent a car, traffic in Roma it's just chaos, take the bus to where you want to go and a taxi back, your best choice. I will come back here when I come back to Italy

Stayed here with my mother and daughters while visiting Europe for my birthday this past August. After a 10 hr train ride from Paris we were tired and antsy to get to our room. Robert was amazing! He sent me a surprise to my room since he noticed it was my birthday from my passport. After such a long day this was spectacular. Three days into our stay we realized we had misplaced my daughters bag from Disneyland Paris, with all the goodies they had gotten. We had no idea where or when we lost it. After searching everywhere and even messaging our Uber that dropped us off at the hotel, I called the front desk. They didn’t have it. I asked my mother to go down and try again at the front desk. There was Robert to the rescue. He searched everywhere my mother says and there it was. We were elated! We definitely had a great stay, this hotel and its location was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed here since it was mid way to Rome and to the cruise port. Hoping we do get to visit beautiful Rome one day again! We’d choose this location in a heart beat. Loved the robes! Your toiletries & towels were very nice. FYI if you take a left after leaving the parking lot there and walk through the neighborhoods you will find many hidden gems. We did laundry just a couple of blocks away, bought some snacks at a small grocery store, stopped at a pharmacy for medication and ate delicious crepes at a very pretty quaint place.

Spent a long weekend at the Crowne Plaza to celebrate my birthday. Room was sizeable, comfortable & clean with outlook onto tennis courts & low level buildings. Buffet breakfast was extensive with something for everyone. Outdoor pool & cafe/bar was popular with the guests. Frequented the restaurant on our final evening & the food was tasty & we felt very welcome. The hotel shuttle bus, at a small fee, was a cost effective way to get to Rome city centre as the nearest metro was quite a distance from the hotel. The concierge were helpful in recommending local eateries.
