Conveniently located, within walking distance to Pike Market, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena, we found it very easy to navigate the downtown core. The bed was super comfortable and the room was pretty clean. The view was lovely (Space Needle, city view) and the bathroom toiletries were good quality. We stayed for 3 nights. There was no daily room service, which was not advertised on the website. In itself not a huge deal but when you’re paying this much for a room it would be nice to get the service. We asked for some amenities such as coffee, sugar, and cream and they were just set down on the TV console. They didn’t even bother to put them away. The lounge was mediocre- and there was an automatic gratuity tacked onto the bill, so beware. The service did not warrant 18% but we were not given the opportunity to decide that. There are plenty of really great places to eat within walking distance and the automatic gratuity is not common practice in the downtown core. Overall I would consider staying here again if the price was competitive with some place that offered better services.

Delivered a solid two star experience. Unfortunately they called it four stars and charged as if it was. Great view and location. They gave us rough single ply TP in the bathroom. This is the first time in my life I was forced to wear a double canister respirator overnight in bed in order to breathe in the room. Maybe it will be better someday when the undisclosed renovation project that was underway when we walked in completes. I don't plan to risk finding out for myself.

Stayed here during Xmas weekend with my family and it was great, the room and restroom were clean. The view from the room was awesome, it's located right next to the freeway and it was quite. The beds were so comfortable that we slept through a small earthquake that Sunday morning. The only downfall is the parking situation but other than that our stay was great.

Rooms getting dated, not maintained.wood coming off where it covers the A/C unit, light in makeup mirror not working. No bellhop when we pulled up, loaded our own luggage, then the senior bellhop asks me to bring cart back down. Never got a follow up email after self checkout. Check in was pretty quick though. Key card not required to access elevator or floors, so not great given the homeless in the area. View from 27th floor is nice. 10 min walk to most shopping. Valet was quick/easy retrieving car. Good assortment of food and snacks for sale by front desk.including ice cream. Would choose another hotel next time though. Nothing fancy here.

They're renovating right now. Won't take off points for that since it didn't keep or wake me up. That being said, restaurant/bar doesn't really exist rn. They have a makeshift one in the conference room. Other than that, room was comfy and clean. Front desk was friendly enough. Location is good 👍🏼

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
