The room’s quality and facilities were all quite good, but it is quite boring to stay here. There are no any convenient store or shopping mart around the area. It will be all dark around the area at night. Also the elevator to the room was really far off from the lobby, need to walk a long way to elevator. And the carpet on the floor made us really hard to walk with the luggages.

Hotel looks like 5 stars but service is no star. Internet stability is sucks. Air condition doesn't work well. Back to hotel in the evening, room has bad smell because air conditioning doesn't work. Staffs at the lounge are lazy. This is the worst Crowne plaza so far. Won't come back to here. Better staying Sheraton Jiading and Hyatt Regency or maybe Courtyard Marriot will be much better than here.

Stay here frequently on business, always clean and pleasant. Good breakfast with lots of selection. Good facilities. Things close down quite early, not unusual for the bar to close around 10pm. Free shuttle bus to the local town and metro station in Anting. Staff friendly and helpful.

Was there on Business and the hotel has a shuttle bus which makes it really convenient. Do see the photo for the timings as of June 2019. The hotel has a wonderful pillow selection and also 'travel light' items for borrowing or rental at a low fee. The rooms were big with ample space for a nice working desk and couch for lounging in. Only doen side is that there are no eateries or shops nearby within walking distance. Had dinner there and the 小龙虾 was in season, the buffet spread had over 12 ways of having them done. Delish. There is an onsite gym and indoor pool which was comfortable for business travellers.

Have stayed in this hotel multiple times while on business trips to the Anting / International Auto City area of Shanghai. Hotel staff is very helpful and no problem communicating in English. Room size is quite large and had many outlets, desk, closet space. Bathroom is very large and had a tub and walk-in waterfall style shower which had very good water pressure. Bed is huge if you get a king. Definitely recommend getting the breakfast buffet as it is one of the better ones I have had while staying in China. One downside is hotel is not located close to much of anything and not too near to the subway either. Hopwfully you will be getting a ride whereever you are going.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
