Stayed here for visiting a friend before flights. Location is superb, but this is the only merit of this place I choose crown plaza for her renowned good quality of hospitality, and being an IHG member, I found things interesting since check in. It is quite surprising even today hotel would give privilege to people only because they show out foreign ID, Two groups before me all got free upgraded and when I asked, the explanation is we can’t find a room that is not noisy for you. Room is small, and once again, the faucet went wrong, and ended up giving me a very challenging shower experience with sudden boiled hot water and sudden cold water. And lastly the breakfast buffet, again the manager would just showed foreign visitors straight to executive lounge when we are asked, choose your seat quickly please and we can let other guests in. I should’ve be aware when this hotel have “partnered restaurant “ and “ partnered gym” in the same building.

A non smoking hotel that reeked of cigarette smoke coming out of many rooms on our non smog floor. The crazy loud music from the clubs across the road kept us awake until after 3 am. Despite the checkin saying our room was on the quiet side.

I had a hard time deciding whether hotel is a three star or two star experience. I decided to be generous, giving it three stars. It would have been four star if it wasn’t located next to a huge party district with pumping bass-heavy techno music that runs until 3 or 4 AM. It was so loud and disruptive, and the hotel staff utterly powerless to control it, that I wanted to give it two stars. I’m 32 stories above the bars and it sounded like a dance party one floor down. They offered my earplugs, which I accepted at 1:00 AM on my first night. The facilities are quite nice. The rooms are small and overpriced compared to what I’m accustomed to seeing (I travel extensively and regularly throughout Asia for businesss), but they are clean and smoke free. The breakfast is quite nice but the hotel restaurant feels dated. Shenzhen is a remarkable city and I recommend you visit it. Perhaps get a hotel a few more blocs from the party district. I did a walkthrough with a friend, to see what all the commotion was. It’s a network of dozens of bars, each pumping it’s own music, and filled with young, cooler-than-me-types. Some were hangout bars, some hooka bars, strip clubs, etc. There is also a food truck court and many restaurants. Honestly it’s a cool party district (if I were into loud music), but not cool to stay near.

It is highly not recommended for people who are sensitive to the smell of smoke. Staying on the non-smoking floor, the smell of smoke was very strong and the hotel did not strictly enforce the no-smoking policy. After changing rooms, it was still the same. In the end, I asked the hotel to send an air purifier, turned off the air conditioner, and opened the windows for ventilation. Otherwise, it would be like being in a large smoking room. Check out early the next day and leave as quickly as possible to escape to another hotel. Although the hotel cannot be entirely blamed because the local people are not of good standard, the hotel's failure to strictly enforce the no-smoking policy also encourages illegal activities.

Very well located, with a superb breakfast buffet. Helpful staff (and if do not master the Mandarin language you know what I am talking about). Close to the subway Futian Station, helps a lot for commuting in this big city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
