Such an amazing hotel I didn’t want to leave! Conveniently located, I arrived early and was able to drop my bags off and make use of the gorgeous rooftop pool. I received an email once my room was ready which was appreciated. The reception staff were very friendly and pleasant. The hotel is very modern from the smart lifts, to modern convenience items in the rooms. Free reusable water bottles was very welcome as well as the great selection of high quality coffee and teas in the room including a small carton of milk/cream which was replenished daily. The bathroom was well equipped with eco friendly products in case you needed or forgot something. The bed was possibly one of the most comfiest hotel beds I’ve slept in! Everything was so soft and comfortable I slept very well. The pool are was so nice and relaxing and the gym was very well equipped. I didn’t make use of the bar/restaurant as there are plenty of places to eat locally but it looked nice with a daily happy hour and lunchtime special offer. I would certainly choose this hotel the next time I return to Sydney.

A great hotel, which is situated in a good location near Darling Harbour and a short walk from Town Hall station. I was very impressed by its commitment to being ‘green’ and the lack of plastic. We were staying in a group of four and the only (slight) issue was the lack of amenities (for two) on arrival. This was rectified very promptly. Other than that, a wonderful stay with very helpful staff.

Lives up to its reviews! Stayed in Vibe Hotel across the road for two night prior to staying at Crown Plaza. What a relief, this hotel was such a step up from where we were. Check in (super friendly and efficient reception staff), overall service, rooms, super comfy bed all excellent and great cocktails at the bar! Also loved the filtered water feature on our level. I will definitely be staying at this hotel for any future trips planned to Sydney.

Crowne Plaza Sydney is perfectly located in the heart of the city and a short walk to Darling Harbour and the Sydney Opera House. The hotel provides the best combination of luxury rooms, glamorous facilities (including a roof top infinity pool) and outstanding service from the highly accredited team. There are two restaurants, especially the breakfast service is excellent. There is a cafe on the ground floor (with complimentary chocolates and sparkling water). All rooms come with a coffee machine, teapot and fridge. Bedding is very comfortable, and the bathrooms are complete with modern fittings including rain shower and illuminated mirrors. Rooms are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. As part of IHG Rewards, I earn points with every stay and receive rewards nights at any IHG hotel. Crowne Plaza is very popular and I plan to stay here for New Years Eve celebrations this year if a room is available.

Beautiful city and dirty hotel 🤮 I stayed here 9 nights for my honeymoon, christmas, and boxing day - my birthday. And the hotel ruined my happy memories. They don't clean up the room even one single day during 9 days. Dust and hairs just remained on the floor. I saw other rooms on the same floor cleaned by vacuum cleaner when I take lift, but I don't know why my room haven't cleaned even, one, day. Just didn't want to complain to hotel because saying uncomfortable things would impact my happy honeymoon, but the last night they changed my mind totally. When I came back to room dirty mob cloth was just remained and wine & water glass were left and not changed. Tissues have not refilled. What I can do is just leave this horrible place soon as possible. If you want to mess up your holidays in this beautiful city, I massively recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
