Our only concern was the location, otherwise five stars across the board. We showed up four hours before check in time just hoping to be able to drop our luggage. The staff did not hesitate to get us a room immediately. We were relaxing in the room within minutes. There is not much with in walking distance but a grocery store and a couple small restaurants.

We just booked that hotel because we thought we gonna have a good view.. but we didnt… and the bedroom are so tiny!! And how they put the toilet paper…😐 i had to let them a toilet paper 🧻 beautiful and write them that they should put it like that… because they let the paper like behind on the photo…

Stayed there for a week. Location is decent. Easy access by public transit. The hallways had a strong musky odor which was hard to neglect. Rooms looked like they were renovated not too long ago. The beds are comfortable and linen/bedding appeared clean. Bathroom was clean too. The elevator delays sometimes.

Stayed for three nights. The hotel is very well located just 10 min away from Zurich HB. The room was comfortable and silent at all times. The breakfast was probably the best I have had at any Crowne before and the service was kind and helpful. Additionally, I was given all my perks as a IHG member. If I ever come back to Zurich, for sure I will consider this hotel again.

I spent 2 nights at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and modern. However, it's important to note that the hotel is not centrally located, and you need to take a tram to reach the city center. The tram stop is conveniently close.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
