Been there for two night. Excellent location. Service is also very good. Foods are a bit expensive. It's not suitable for south Asian as no chili was added I think. Highly recommend. We were feeling like alien as we were the only person with full clothes 😜😜..we enjoyed our stay a lot. The markets were bit far like nearest is lamai market which was 2. 5 km from the hotel. We walked till there. While returning we hopped on to open van. The driver asked 100 bath per person. Finally we came by 50 bath per person.

Many thanks to the lovely and professional lady working in the reception. I wasn't a happy guest, but she organized and did everything she could to make me feel happy and comfortable with our room and our stay here at the hotel. This hotel is very nice but has a lot of things to repair and clean and fix up, both the hotel environment and rooms. Probably, these things will be taken care of and fine til the season starts. So, my review is both good and not that good. 🙃

I loved my stay there even though we came during the rainy season. It has everything conveniently there, the beach, swimming pool, and restaurants and massage services.. the staff is hit or miss but mostly very helpful. They also are flexible with renting a motorbike or car from the front desk in terms of daily or any number of days you need which make it very convenient as you may not want to rent every day. The only con is that the location is a bit far from most of the activities which are happening in the north. I would love to come back again during the dry season!

Note Room look good, plan to stay 3 nights.. Feel very bad experience, first morning was raining heavily but hotel never supply any umbrella in rooms.. Rushing to reception counter for help but very disappointed to heard that hotel don’t supply or borrow umbrellas to guests because they don’t have UMBRELLA!!!! Must consider carefully before their management to improve and more caring to us.

Super cool place on the beach front. We just came to have some drinks around sunset and they said we could also use the pool and loungers for free. Great option if you’re at the beach for the day and want some facilities. It would also be perfect for families. The cocktails were great! Didn’t eat but the menu and specials looked very nice and everything reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
