The room was basic but clean. Whenever we entered the room,it had a musty, unpleasant odour. The toilet surrounding was leaking....the floor was perpetually wet. The worst thing was the parking arrangement. The car park was so narrow and tight. Each time, getting in and out was a challenge. For the price it was ok. It's an old hotel and I guess if you want to just get a place to sleep,its fine.

Crystal Crown has an exceptional team. We had our wedding banquet dinner and booked a few rooms for stay as well for guests. The service personnel, banquet team, F&B team all are very adaptive, efficient and rise to the occasion. We are grateful for their support to make it a memorable occasion.

Got the junior suite and it was affordable for just under RM350 a night without breakfast. Room is quite new, clean and spacious. Room wise I think the hotel is good, just maybe a little lacking in lighting. Service wise .. check in was slow, Room was not ready even at 240pm and only got my room about 3pm. Parking was full as there was a seminar and at first they wanted RM15 to valet the car but after a while they decided to waive the fee because it's not that I want valet but hotel parking is full. Although we are at the Executive floor in a junior suite, there is no access to the Executive Lounge.

The worst hotel ever!! 1. Everything have stained in it 2. The floor is dusty as well as the toilet 3. It says non-smoking floor while someone is smoking right beside my room 4. The sound proof is so bad, those people are shouting and dancing in the middle of the night and the whole floor can hear it 5. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER, RINA, RMB HER NAME!!! BAD SERVICE AND SO RUDE TO YOUR CONSUMER. THEY DIDNT INFORM US TO KEEP THAT PAPER IN ORDER FOR US TO TAKE BACK THE RM200 DEPOSIT THEY TAKE FROM US. AND RINA THIS WOMAN IS SO UNEDUCATED THAT SHE DON'T KNOW HOW TO SHOW A POLITE FACE TO HER CONSUMER, IN STEAD SHOW A FACE THAT I'VE OWN HER LIKE RM3000000!!! NEVER EVER COME TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Great hotel,up to expectations on all aspects. Front desk, breakfast restaurant etc. Rooms are large and clean. Pool area basic but clean etc (we swam every day), gym basic but functional. 15 min walk to LRT, Asia Jaya. We will be back

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
