It used to be a great hotel. Now it is under renovation, so expect the noise. The front desk staff is friendly. Check in process also fast. Breakfast buffet is generous with more variety of food than I expected. TV has no channel. I complained to their live chat, but I only received greeting. No toothpaste and toothbrush and hair comb. The water pressure of the shower is strong. The heater is satisfactory. The room is clean. Towels and bed linen also clean. Toilet and bathtub got stain because of wear and tear. Hope they can go back to their previous glory after renovation.

Get to check in even though it's already 3 AM . The staff is quite 'moody' but probably it's bcs it's early in the morning . The club down stairs is a no no if u need quiet place . The room looks old but good enough for us to sleep . Need to improve parking as there's no parking for hotel guest yet it's filled by club customers .

As am not a Malaysian hope this will be helpful for your beautiful happy stay.I.I have travelled often to KL and I always choose this Crystal crown for various amazing reasons.The front desk has MR Gobind who is extremely pleasant ,,professional and understanding with a very positive attitude to help you for the check in any time.No mood fluctuation ever.The rooms are always amazing spacious and very neat.Bathroom and bath tub all seem new and in great shape.Clean, pleasant smelling corridor where silence is maintained.So a calm stay.I’ve had an opportunity to eat their breakfast once trust me it’s amazing no doubt in it.The view from my window is pleasant so I do like its location a lot.Duration of stay this time has been 26 DAYS.I would call this in my view as a 5 STAR hotel.Yes wi-fi could be better that is the only lag as I have to depend on it as a visitor.So yes it’s worth the cost totally SAFE and a Pleasant experience.

Room was ok. Comfortable enough for business stay. Wifi could be better. Breakfast was typical Malaysian breakfast and was good. Brem mall next door was a good time waster for sports goods at 4th floor , and a small supermarket on the ground floor for essentials. Recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
