        My son was at this villa and the lights in the ground were broken so he suffered an electric shock. He felt the pain through his entire body and thought he would die because he couldnt move his body at all. He almost lost conciousness and could have hit his head or hurt himself even more. We had to bring him to the emergency hospital and cancel our next day plans. This incident could have led to his death however the staff did not care at all nor did the host. My sons calls were declined when he tried to call staff, they didnt care and they barely helped. A man came to check the problem and said he would repair it the next day. We werent even given another safe villa to stay in or asked if we needed anything else. Extremely unprofessional and not understanding at all. They dont take any responsibility and will not refund anything. They ruined our vacation, leaving my son traumatized and with injuries and us panicked. The host did not cover medical bills, or the expenses of the cancelled already payed plans or any other compensation. DO NOT GO HERE because the hosts number one priority is not safety when it should be and they are not helpful in the slightest or care for their visitors at all.

        DO NOT BOOK My son almost died while we were staying here at the villa! My 16-year-old son briefly walked alone in the evening on the wet wooden floor of the villa next to the pool in the rain. The lights in the floor were damaged and he was electrocuted. He could no longer move his body and felt a lot of pain. Because he could no longer move, he fell into the pool, which fortunately was not electrically charged, before he almost fainted. His calls to the employee were rejected and it took a while for the manager to respond. She didn't take the situation seriously at all and my son was told someone wouldn't fix the problem until the next day. Completely unprofessional and they don't care about their guests. We then went to the hospital to check whether he had suffered heart rhythm problems or other damage. His muscles were damaged. If he wasn't so lucky, he would have died if, for example, he hit his head when he fell, if the pool was also electrically charged, etc. The next day before we moved out, we talked to the manager, who didn't do anything for us because you should only report problems to the owner, who is unreachable and isn't even on site. The owner responded to our messages extremely rudely and not understandingly. He said it was my son's own fault because he ran in. An absolute disgrace! Hospital costs, compensation, a refund were not paid and refused by the owner. In addition, after the incident we were not offered another safe villa and were not even asked if we needed anything. Our vacation was ruined, my son was traumatized and physically injured and no staff or owner cared or cared.         In a quiet area, the villa is beautiful, the swimming pool large enough, the rooms comfortable, good bedding... I would have liked bigger beds... I recommend 👍

        Super nice villa and tidy, mega complex with pool etc. But be careful, electricity was exorbitantly expensive and after our visit we also had to pay 3,000 baht extra for bed sheets because they weren't washed! An impudence

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
