We stayed at the Surf Suite and had a mixed experience. The cleanliness and standard of the villa were exceptional, earning a solid 10/10. The breathtaking view from the villa to the beach added to the overall charm. However, the food menu was disappointing – not only was it not tasty, but the options were subpar. The layout of walking to the pool through the dining area felt awkward, a change in access would greatly enhance the guest experience. Despite the culinary letdown, the friendly staff and the quality of the accommodation make Crystal Sands a worthwhile stay.

Crystal sands only deserves a 5 star rating. The facilities, the hospitality the views from the room, food, and staff. Everything is really great. Having Alexa was good. I didn't need to reach for the remote to turn the TV on and off but felt it was limited. The plunge pool is really nice. You can cook in the room being this is made like an apartment. Would recommend 10/10 and will be visiting again.

Really great place to relax and spend the time with loved ones. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The staff is so lovely. The foods are very tasty. As well, the room view & the infinity pool both are superb. There is nothing wrong to say. Recommend to everyone.

One of the best service we’ve received during our stay. All staff are excellent especially front office & restaurant staff. Chirath is excellent when serving dinner. 10/10 with the ratings. The decor of the CS is very elegant. Overall happy customer. ALEXA is excellent 😊

It was a fantastic stay at Crystal Sands and enjoyed everything from the check in to check out. Food was amazing, the pool was so good and the view was just wow. And of course the staff was so professional and friendly. The villa was super clean and neat and loved every detail of it. Undoubtedly worth the price and will come again for sure. :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
