One of the most pleasant stay I’ve ever had, considering that I travel quiet frequently. Very fresh facility, with modern design and the best location possible in Cairns. Everything is really close. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all my needs. Also there are two restaurants next door that belong to the hotel, they are exceptional as well.

I had initially intended to stay at another well-known hotel nearby, but luckily I decided against it. A friend of mine happened to be staying there and told me that the hotel was quite outdated. So, instead, I chose to book a room at Bailey. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with just a 2-minute walk to the night market and a 10-minute stroll to the bay. Also the price of the hotel was great, especially since I received a 10% discount for signing up for their membership. The room itself was new and the amenities provided were definitely worth the price I paid. I highly recommend the Crystalbrook brand and I am already looking forward to returning in the near future.

I am having the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel where the reception staff left a lot to be desired in terms of friendliness and customer service. While I understand that not all encounters can be perfect, this particular hotel's reception staff consistently fell short of the mark. From the moment I arrived until today, I noticed an air of arrogance from the reception staff. There was no warm greeting or genuine smile or willingness to help. Instead, it is always dismissive attitude and a lack of willingness to assist. It felt as if they were just going through the motions, treating me as if I owed them something rather than being a paying guest. Throughout my stay, I encountered several instances where I required their assistance, only to be met with impatience and an unhelpful attitude. Whether it was requesting information about my room or hotel facilities, the reception staff always seemed inconvenienced by my requests. I had to ask them several times before they would explain things properly. P.S. Breakfast is also awful. The selection of food is miserable. It is absolutely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.

Stayed here for work 3 nights just recently and was really impressed. They certainly have lifted the standard in Cairns. Rooms were great and really done nicely. Will be staying here again next in the north. CC’s restaurant is a must visit downstairs

Lovely secure modern hotel in Cairns with super clean rooms. Great check in service from the lady with blonde hair, forgot to get her name. VERY comfy beds in room 210 and a quiet location. Unfortunately AC struggled with the outside heat wave and I found large brown stains on the inner quilt when turning down my bed at night so it's a 4/5.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
