This place has lots of great things to offer. However, it does have issues. The actual rooms were very nice as they were clean and luxury with a fairly recent renovation. The location is amazing as it is close to the metro and a big bazaar. Everything is close by. One thing to note about their features however; while they offer a kitchen, they did not provide anything to cook with (like pots and pans) or any utensils and plates. All they provided were 2 mugs and a teaspoon for a 5 person room, so the kitchen is useless if you bring your own stuff. However, the staff was extremely helpful and nice so they let us take plates from the breakfast buffet area. Another is that while they advertise internet, the connection is VERY SLOW at best from the rooms and unstable and downright not working in most areas. For us it was unusable. Only the wifi from the lobby is decent. Another encounter we had was that when we arrived at the place, we had found a bag of washing machine powder in the toilet, but a few days later when we wanted to use it, it had been taken. The main problem with that, though, is that the entire time we believe had put the do not disturb sign on our door. We are sure however that the staff wouldn't really do something like that and all of them didn't know anything about it and they gave a cup to us. Another visitor that was walking by assured us that the staff are trustworthy as he often books at this hotel for business trips.

The rooms have goos facilities. The size of the room was enough doe 3 person. The staff was welcoming and nice. The breakfast was simple but good. The cleaning service was not very good. The smell of towels were not nice at all. The location is perfect nwar to osmanbey metro. İn general it is good for 3 stars hotel. I forgot to take photos but I really liked the room.

I was assigned and old and dark room. Far from the luxiry the hotel promises. Location is very good, and the personnel was helpful and attentive when I requested any service from them. Good for 1 or 2 nights.

Not happy with our stay at all. Not a luxury, neither a hotel. The furniture was very old and rooms were small and dark. No natural light at all. Breakfast is very poor. Cannot recommend it at all. Better stay away.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
