Not the best hostel, as I wouldn't stay again or suggest it to others. Staff generally quite nice, although often stated too busy to answer questions about the area. However, the dorm is spacious, clean, fresh linen and towel, air conditioning (albeit often too cold at night). No hostel relaxing area so it doesn't feel social. Although there's a small room that can be used but the staff sleep in there overnight or are using it for meeting rooms. Location - very far from centre!

Check in made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The staff was trying too hard to be nice and dragged the whole process out more than necessary. The beds were comfortable, showers had a good pressure and the wifi worked very well. The bus terminal is very close by and you can take the local bus to the centre once every hour. Definitely ask for certain beds when checking in. We got given a top and a lower bunk (one locker didn’t work) plus getting up to the top bunk was more than difficult. (See picture). There are cameras in the room which we didn’t like at all, because you feel watched all the time.

The place was really lovely. Went there for a function on the terrace. It should have more fan fixtures though. Otherwise the location and especially the staff were exceptional. Definitely recommend this place for small cozy garden parties. 👍🏻

Great staff, affordable bunks. My only gripe is the location. Decently far from ipoh centre. It is a bit hard to use as a base for exploration of the city without your own transport. Minutes away from the inter state bus station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
