I booked for 2 days and I didn't want to stay 1,no refund policy and the reviews weren't accurate. Covid wasn't kind to this hotel, a lot of services missing,wifi is a web login every time you go to use it. Rooms are way out of date. Staff was pretty cold. 30 minutes by taxi to walking street and beach road. Hard to find grab drivers out there. There are at least 6 restaurants close by and all the same seafood menu, nothing else. After deciding to bail after the 1st night I offered my friend the room for free and he said no way he left too.

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. You need to find them. Located at the end of Jomtien beach about 200 meters from the ocean front. Nice and quiet not luxurious but you got everything you need in an inexpensive prices $20 per day!!! One bedroom, one living room and small but ok size of balcony. Above of all is millions dollars views of rooftop swimming pool not very big but enough to enjoy your strokes or just relaxing for sunbathing. They’re just recovering from the economic loss of the pandemic so you will find a few staffs working there but they’re very nice and helpful. There are restaurants, hotels, shops and even street foods around the hotel and I have another review for Jomtien Street Foods for everyone who wants to know about Pattaya Thailand. If you Love walking like me, beach front road is 6 kilometers in front of the ocean. Only one visit I can call Jomtien Pattaya my second home.

Very clean and quiet, and a short walk to the beach. Adequate sized rooms with hot beverage making capabilities. Hair dryer in bathroom. Adjacent to expensive seafood restaurants, notably the Bhu Pen. Convenience store a short drive away.

Rude, unsafe and dirty. Air conditioning didn’t work until I figured that the filter is so filthy that it is clocked. Especially in times of Covid a health hazard that should be avoided e.g micro organisms. You can only close the door via the knob when you leave. I asked If I can get the second key for the other lock and both room service (Tim) and receptionist denied that request. I asked If I can speak to the manager instead and the answer was that Ann is only Friday and Sunday available. Both request were done in a fashion that the staff laughed at me. The staff knows little to no English but on top not very helpful for instance no one told me that they have a pool, thanks to the reviews (fotos) here on google maps I found out about It. One last thing I observed in many hotels recently is that you have to pay in advance with an attitude that the staff makes you feel that that is a given. I think that this is an audacity and sassy because I haven’t received anything yet. For me this is no hospitality at all.

Far from being as bad as some comments suggest. The room was spacious and bright - a bit of a dusty smell, that’s it. The staff isn’t the most welcoming; but you get what you pay for, really, can’t blame anyone. Would recommend staying here if you’re on a budget.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
