Big old hotel, big rooms, old but clean, free gym, dated but better than some I've seen. Good location close to Chaweng main street although the massage places and girly bars it's surrounded by are pretty intense grabbing you trying to pull you in as you try to get to 7/11. That being said there is an escape road straight to the lake avoiding all that.

If we’re being completely honest, we would not recommend this hotel. We were shocked when we arrived as we did expect much more. We are backpackers and specifically chose this hotel due to the fact it was cheap & had a gym. When we arrived, not only was there no record of our booking but we got given a room with no working shower. Reception is apparently open until 11pm but we went down at 6pm and had to call someone to come to the hotel. They came to our room, saw the issue and then changed our room. Unfortunately the gym doesn’t have many working facilities. There is a treadmill and an exercise bike, neither of which work and when I asked if they will be fixed in the future, they responded no and laughed. The cross trainer sounds like it will break and makes a very loud noise for every step. The benches are barely holding together and the cushioning of the seats has come off the solid surface. It is extremely dusty in there, I am unsure if it is ever cleaned. The room itself was fine but also felt very dirty and holes in the sheets suggesting there could be some bugs about. We have been bitten lots during our time in Thailand already so a couple more was expected but nothing major occurred! The room was however rather spacious and could have been a lot worse. The bathroom felt grubby and the lights barely turned on. We would just say that overall the hotel felt very dirty and not looked after. In terms of the location, it is ideal if you want a cheap stay just a 10/15 min walk outside of central Chaweng, probably the best thing about the place. But even that wouldn’t be enough to make us stay here again.

Great! We were dreading it here after reading the reviews, but we luckily had a really good stay here. Fresh clean bedding, lovely spacious rooms with air con, a balcony, hot showers and a free gym too! Staff were lovely as well and good location. Only thing to improve was that our shower was a little minty and needed a good scrub.

I don't know, but this Hotel doesn't exist anymore. There is a shield on the Door that you can call 3 numbers to check in, but either the numbers doesn't exist. We had already booked a room there so it was very weird. But you can check-in in the other hotel directly next to the "fake Hotel". I mean, at the end we have a nice room and everything was ok, but i dont know why you can book a room who doesn't exist.

Avoid this hotel! They overbook their rooms which leads you to looking for somewhere else last minute and their customer service is appalling! The front desk staff we extremely arrogant and condescending. Also just noticed in other reviews that people mentioned that their belongings were stolen which is unacceptable for the price of the rooms! Better to look elsewhere as this hotel will just waste your time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
