What a gem! Our room was huge, and came with a really lovely terrace. It was very modern, exceptionally clean, and despite only being on the second floor had its own little private elevator (!). The breakfast, served in the adorable outdoor courtyard, was delicious, with options that rotated daily. The staff was so attentive and incredibly friendly - we immediately felt very welcome. It's about a 12 minute walk to the main square, so a little further afield than some other hotels, but the serene setting and spacious grounds more than make up for the need to hike a little (and at least it's flat ground!). Bad weather prevented us from taking full advantage of the pool and other amenities at the hotel you're provided access to, but we did pop by there for a drink and it looked lovely. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was so far the best stay we visited in Italy. The rooms are so nice! It started looking very good from the beginning when we entered their nice looking garden with all the lemon trees and vegetables. At last, Pina was very friendly. Her hospitality ensured we had a good vacation in Sorrento. Thanks to here we also got some nice fresh lemons. Keep it up the good work! Ciaoo!

Pleasant owners/staff. Rooms are nice, beds are located upstairs where air conditioner can’t reach so can get a bit warm. Location is an easy 15min walk into town.

We loved our stay at DA Rooms Sorrento. Pina was especially helpful, kind, and so welcoming. She helped us get settled in, was very communicative whenever we had questions, helped us book a trip to Capri, and held our luggage while we were on our last day trip. I’d highly recommend staying here and am thankful for Pina and her help!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
