My room was spacious and comfortable. It had a small refrigerator that functioned. A small safe that was not bolted down and could have been picked up and carried away. The shower head needs to be replaced as the water sprayed every which way. There's no door on the shower and so the water floods into the bathroom unless you roll up a towel and lay it on the floor as a barricade. But the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine, although it was not on when I arrived in the room was 26° C. The breakfast is quite adequate. They have a list from which you can order then they make it up on the spot. The front reception desk was quite responsive and timely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The first day I had to swat a few flies in the room because the door and screen to the balcony had been left open. All together, I was satisfied, comfortable, and would come back here again!

One sad place to stay. We reserved 4 rooms for 12 people. We paid for a family rooms with beds and they put a cot in one of the rooms. The electric plugs were not working. One of the room had a spider crawling on the wall. The showers are terrible where the water is either hot or cold nothing in between. The heater does not work in one of the rooms. The staff said they will get us a different room but there was no clean room at 10pm. We stayed the night here and we will be calling other hotels to see if they have any availability, otherwise we may just have to return to Kathmandu. Not worth the price and since it is close to Christmas time they are full. We asked milk for the kids and there was a bug. We have stayed in cheaper hotels that were much better than this. On the positive they have fairly decent wifi.

First of all, I would like to thank Karma(reception staff) for responding to all my queries that I had during my stay from the very beginning to very end and all the staffs were friendly but I would love to see them smiling more often as we are regarded as the most hospitable people all over the world. Because of my hectic schedule I was not able to look closely to every single detail of hotel and services provided but, it is a good value for money hotel with standard room size, standard lighting and food was as expected. Located minutes to lake, restaurants and shops.

The stuff r very friendly. I have to say that the only down thing about the hotel is that the rooms look very dull!!! And shabby ( not in a chic way !) I felt the carpet in the hall needed a good vacuum as well as in the room . The bed was very comfortable. In the shower the shampoo bottle was half empty As well as the shower gel. 😳 Breakfast was very nice ,a very nice Selection to choose fm . I bet that b4 covid things were different. Pls revamp your rooms !🦋

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
