Our room was a bit small, but it was clean... 🙏 3 flights up from street level might be a problem for some. Enjoyed our welcome drink on the patio overlooking Long Str... Great/terrible location depending on what you're after.. Parking is a bit of an issue... Out on the street it's free between 5pm and 8am otherwise R20 an hour. Garage nearby for R35 overnight, but you gotta be out by 6am otherwise R30 an hour. I'm sure some guests only get to bed by 5am...😅 Staff were all awesome!

We stayed at the self catering apartment. The view is beautiful and the place is really nice. However, it’s literally on top of a bar/club, you’re never going to sleep! The floors literally shakes because of the music being played downstairs, you can hear people screaming and talking odd hours of the morning. It’s a vibe if you’re on a night out but definitely won’t recommend otherwise.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel is well located in the center of the CBD, the decor is interesting and creative and overall I felt that I received great value for money. Much preferable to majority of my airbnb stays as of late.

Staff are very friendly, happy to help and assist with anything in advance. Not one bad thing to say about this hotel. Place is clean, staff are professional and friendly. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone. The only element that is unfortunate but beyond anyone's control are the people on the streets, other than that this place is very nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
