Great location and clean rooms. The service is incredible and very accommodating!! Staff let us leave our bags for more than just the day, so we didn’t need to use local lockers. The rooms and the hotel are a little outdated, but comfortable anyway. The bed was comfortable and the rooms have all the amenities you need. The laundry service was great too, not too expensive.

The hotel is in a wonderful position in Myeong Dong the centre of Seoul. Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Everything is kept very clean. Room is nice with large shower room Only problem is there is only a small cupboard with 4 hangers, one lockable draw underneath. No shelves or drawers otherwise. Comfortable bed with a bedside table. Excellent value for money.

Great location very close to subway and airport bus (approx 3min walk). Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. A lot of nice food/bars within walking distance. Convenience store right out front. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

For a hotel at this price point, this is a fantastic value for its location and the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The hotel entrance is in an alley where the nearby store employees smoke, but don't let that deter you. There are many choices for food and cafes nearby and it's a short walk to the street markets and food stalls and less than 5 minutes to the closest subway entrance. The rooms are clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a comfortable night's rest after being out all day for a friendly price.

Got a room with a view of the tower. The room was small but well-stocked, with nice water pressure. However, the walls were paper-thin. Overall, great value for money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
