This hotel is just right for exploring Tokyo! It's located next to a subway station and within walking distance of the JR line, which we use every day. The staff are really friendly. There's also a fantastic bakery on the way to the JR Line (it's delicious!). This was our first hotel of many during our three-week holiday, and it turned out to be the best one during our time in Japan.

Service is fantastic! They also have a free transfer to Disney land/sea. 7Eleven is right next door. You can also have breakfast/lunch/dinner in the hotel. Free icecubes on most floors. The only minor thing is that it is outdated and a little bit dusty in the room. But the view on the 21F made it quit alright.

Pretty good value for money. Asked for a high floor and got a high floor with a good view of the SkyTree. Space was a bit tight but not too bad, and the lobby was bright and clean though the rooms were slightly dated (still, better than expected since Agoda photos seemed a bit questionable). Ryogoku station is very nearby, and Ryogoku JR was also not very far away. There's a 711 at the back entrance which is convenient, though unfortunate that there's not much food immediately near the hotel.

Location is perfect for exploring Tokyo, right beside a subway station we have used everyway day. Staff are very friendly, even though I don't speak Japanese they can understand English well so have had to problems. Rooms are a good size for the Tokyo hotel, clean and the view is great, can see the sky tree from our room. There are 3 restaurants in the building and 2 convenience stores, one next door, one across the road, lovely little cafe across the road as well. Easy walk to Senso-ji temple in 20 minutes. Tokyo cruse dock is also about 20 minutes, we took the boat to Odiba for the day. There's a sumo wrestling ring, 2 gardens and 2 museums in minutes walk. We have found it to be a great spot.

This hotel is what it says it is. Yes rooms are a moderate size but your told this at booking. Your about 20 min away from everything on the tube. The tube station right outside the reception. Can’t beat the location or service. Great view of the Tokyo sky line from our hotel. Would stay again and recommend this to others.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
