The location is excellent. It's a 3-minute walk from Ikebukuro subway/JR station. However, the downside is that it's so close to the station that you can clearly hear the sound of trains passing by, which may affect sleep. If given another choice, I wouldn't stay in this place to ensure a peaceful sleep. However, it cannot be denied that the charges are very affordable, and the room size is also consider big

Wonderful hotel, other than the pillow a but flat i cant find anything that is not right! Wonderful location, very close to train stations, lots of good food and malls in walking distance. Pharmacy, supermarket, food court, cometic stores all nearby. Stayed for 8 days. Staffs are wonderful, service is great. Big hotel room in Japan. Clean and quiet. Will definitely return.

My family traveled with 9 big luggages and this place is easy to access from Haneda and Narita airport. We used train and limousine bus from the airport and it is just less than 5 min walk from the station or bus stop. The street is very clean, and ramps make the lugages easy to walk with. We stayed 2 nights, and breakfast is good. Very helpful staff. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in and after check out to spend moe time exploring Ikebukuro. I have to mention that they did refund half of our stay because of a false alarm in the morning. Who does that? They are very courteous. RESPECT! I will definitely stay again here when I come back to Tokyo. Transportation like bus, trains, airport transport, taxi is very convenient. Walking distance to Animate, Sunshine City, and shopping stores.

Dai-Ichi Inn, was quite a nice hotel. Located near by Ikebukuro station and has a lot of stores surrounding the area. The hotel was kind of old style hotel, but they keep it in a good conditions. The lobby is in 2nd floor and they only have 1 escalator to go up or down. It has the time schedule when they alter the escalator to go up or down. It was kind of unconvinient when you have a large luggages and the timing was not right for you with the escalator. The room was quite large though compare to other hotel in Japan. Overall I am quite happy to stay 3 nights here...

If you want to stay near the station, I recommend you this hotel. The hotel receptionist and clerks are full of service mind. The triple room that I stayed is a little bit old but still good and clean. Overall, I enjoyed staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
