We are a group of eleven people who stayed for three nights. Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The customer service was very helpful, aiding us multiple times; especially when the staff visited our room twice to check if everything was okay. Two of the female staff who regularly worked at the desk were very friendly and helpful throughout out our stay, being able to understand our english and communicate with us reasonably. Though the walls were a little bit thin, we found the rooms spacious and clean.

Dainty place in a quiet street but close to beach and many other eateries. Excellent staff, friendly, attentive and very helpful. Lily and Han are to be commended for their eagerness to look after us. The room had inductive plate and cookware although you have to ask reception to provide cooking utensils and more crockery should you want to do cooking yourself. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience staying here for 1 month. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful. The manager, Tom, is onsite and is ready to resolve any issues quickly. We will miss seeing everyone here. They made us feel like family. We would have to stay longer but we needed to move out to a larger 2 bedroom apartment. Would highly recommend this hotel as it in conveniently located in a very quiet area.

Their service mind is impeccable! I love how I feel like home away from home. Lili took good care of us and try to recommend us so many things. She did her best to make our stay enjoyable even we had a cold and not feeling well. Would definitely go back. Ps. For those of you concerning about location wise. Don't be! U can go anywhere easily using grab and it's pretty cheap =)

Hotel not big space but the interior are so cozy and well decor, got a nice view in front of our room balcony, feel very relax and I like the breakfast, not too much but it taste good, the staff are very helpful and friendly, I wish could visit again next time

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
