We enjoyed staying a few nights at this hotel as it is located close to Kyoto Train Station and Shopping Mall. The breakfast menu quite varied and suits our taste. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also well maintained and clean. The service was also good, friendly and polite.

Great location. Close to two malls and the train station. Friendly staff. The lobby looks new but the room we stayed on are old and tired (level 4). I spilled some water on the carpet. And when i used a white towel to soak up the water, the towel turned brown like mud! The carpets havent been cleaned properly for years!

We are a group of 6 on vacation in Japan and traveling by car. Daiwa Roynet Hotel's parking in Kyoto is the best in terms of access to the lobby. The parking bay is on the same floor of the lobby and only a few steps away. The parking fee is 1500 yen per day. The rooms are of a 3-star hotel standard, but the service, especially the parking attendant, is 5-star. The bathroom is bigger in size compared to most hotels we have stayed in Japan.

Very close to Kyoto station.. 5-6 mins walk. Rooms are decent sized and housekeeping done everyday. Breakfast is a decent spread of different varieties. Egg dishes are a major missing point in the breakfast. Coffee options are limited.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
