If you need to stay in Kyoto. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is extremely central, near Shijo station making it easy to reach all the major attractions . lowson is beside the hotel Self check-in hotel, Room and bathroom fairly large for Japanese standards.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's my second time in Kyoto, but my first stay at this hotel. I booked it for six nights and I'm very satisfied. The location is extremely central, making it easy to reach all the major attractions by bus. Even though I got a room facing a busy street, it didn't bother me much, as the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs. Next time I visit Japan, I'll definitely consider staying at their hotel again, especially because their coffee is delicious+++ and staff is nice.

Rooms - fairly large for Japanese standards. Decent sized bathrooms as well. Service - the check in process was smooth and the concierge was super helpful with a couple things we needed help with. Very helpful staff. Location - Steps from Shijo station that connects to Kyoto station in 2 stops via the Karasuma line. Amazing location, about 10 min walk from restaurants and Nishiki market. Close to Lawson/7-11. Starbucks right across the street. Overall - A great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is great. Rooms are nice but those on the street side are a bit noisy. Breakfast is average. Expensive for japan…but I guess Kyoto is expensive anyway

Spacious and quite close to the centre of Kyoto, 2 min walk from station exit as well. Would be better if they can provide extra blankets. renovation needed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
