Great experience. We did our trip on a budget so we can only gripe so much about the size of the room. But it was a roof, bed, bathroom and place for our stuff while we were there. It was surprisingly quite. Slept great. They provided clean pjs, water bottles, toothbrushes and towels everyday. Super close walk to public transit and food. Staff was great.

Good location, lovely staff but it's a little run down in that the beds are very firm with no topper and the drain in our bathroom had a bad odour... had to buy air freshener and leave the window open! They have washer/dryer machines which didn't dry the clothes very well even after 3 goes, which was a little frustrating. Amazing little pizza shop around the side alley though!

A wonderful hotel, fresh pajamas and slippers ready in the room daily, video on demand service on the TVs, many items available to rent or borrow from the front desks and polite and friendly staff. The washer/dryer combos are useful and it’s very centrally located, 15-30 minutes from a lot of attractions and train stations. The room was a little small but it wasn’t an issue for us traveling as a couple. It was very quiet and had many conbini and food options nearby, and it felt very safe especially knowing they lock the doors at night except for key cards.

Lots of shops nearby and very close to Shimbashi station for train access. If coming from Narita airport there is a bus that goes to the neighboring Hotel and it's a short walk to Daiwa Roynet. Rooms are cleaned and restocked often and were quiet, and there's everything you could need in the hotel. I would happily stay at Daiwa Roynet again on a return trip to Japan

The bed is hard as a rock. It ruined my back. I do not recommend this hotel. The service is good and the people are nice but the room is horrible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
