Location good, rooms decent. Service not good. Asked whether early checkin was possible, was told “no, i needed to pay if i wanted that.” in a cold, unfriendly tone. Asked for extra bottle of water on one of the nights, was told “one day only 2, if you need more to get from convenience store.” First time a large hotel chain cannot even provide extra bottle of water. Won’t come back here again. Plenty of other decent hotels in Tokyo.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan bar non! It had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in Asia, the Indian guy and the tall Japanese woman at the reception were some of the rudest people I’ve ever come across in my whole life, and the check in system they have in place - the strange unnecessary machine- is just plain stupid. Don’t stay here, they will ruin your trip

Super friendly staff and the rooms were very clean! Housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and left new towels and water for us when we had do not disburb tag out. Bathrooms were clean and easy to use, there's both a shower and a bath tub depending on your preferences. Laundry machines were available on the 3rd floor: 400-500 yen a cycle with drying (this is separate from room service laundry). Attached 24 hour 7-11 is super convenient for late night or early morning snacks. There are two train stations immediately next to the hotel which makes getting places super simple. The JR Pass do not work on those lines but it costs only about 300-400 yen to get back into the city for JR lines. Would recommend staying in the Tokyo Bay area for a more relaxed stay vs the busy city that's downtown Tokyo.

Our family love this hotel! it's modern and very clean. Quiet location and next to two stations. Also near to Odaiba malls. The blankets are so soft; the bed and pillow are firm but we're fine with it we slept really well. Room is very spacious too. Downstairs theres a convenience stores, vending machines and cafe.

Daiwa Roynet chains has never let me down. Great rooms and amenities all around. 7-11 right at the entrance as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
