This was a great location for a week of being a tourist in Tokyo. Close to main station and just a block from a smaller station on a very useful subway line. 1 KM to Imperial Palace grounds which is a great place for your daily jog. Room OK size and well stocked. Bed comfortable. Excellent daily cleaning. Fair price. No real interaction with staff after check-in. 7-11 downstairs for snacks. I would not recommend the attached restaurant; nice enough, but just kind of limited with weird offerings.

Their room is great, location is also great, but their front desk staff really lacks service mind. They make mistakes which is, well, nobody is perfect, but they do not put any effort to recover or make up for their mistakes. While other hotel’s front desk staff know the meaning of how to make it right, this hotel has different mindset. They made a mistake on explaining their policy and service which resulted me losing about $60. They could have easily fix the problem if they try so that I do not lose the money but they did not care at all. I used to stay here many times and now I wonder how much have I been wasting because they were not careful at all. To people who is planning to stay here you should check entire policy by yourself, because staff will take advantage of you if there is any chance. By the way, check in time, check out time depends on how you book the room, type of package. There is a fee of early check in and late check out but also depends on how you book the hotel room. There is also a memberships which you can accurate points that worth about 10% of money you spend here. If you book through their website directly you get a little bit of better rate. None of them was explained by front desk staff. These benefits are created to increase amount of loyal customers but these disloyal employees are making it even worse by making customers feel like they had dome bad deals. I guess tourists are coming back to Japan so they don’t have to give customers a damn, people come to fill the room, they can still make money.

I booked this hotel after watching a YouTuber who stayed here. I'd have to say that this hotel has treated me nicely. My family got into Tokyo at almost midnight. We were tired and needed a place to shower and rest. The staff was very helpful, friendly and quick. After a short time of checking in, we were in our rooms. The rooms were nice. They weren't super tight (not very roomy as well). The hotel is 2 minutes away from the Ginza subway line and about 10 minutes away from the Tokyo Station (walking). It was very convenient. There is a 7-11 right downstairs of the hotel as well. I really liked that. In general, I had a great time staying here. I'd stay in this hotel brand if I visit Japan again in the near future.

We loved our stay at the Daiwa hotel! It was super clean and easy to find. Very close to the tokyo train/bus station. Everyone there was super nice, especially the man working the front desk. The rooms are a bit small but still very nice. This hotel is in walking distance to a lot of shopping areas. It also has restaurants all around. The only complaint I would have is how stiff the beds are.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the train station. There are some places to eat near by and a convenience store on the ground floor. The room size was fine, it had nice clean bathroom and good amenities were offered. Staff were friendly. Good blinds so it stayed dark, nice and quiet too. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable, very hard!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
