        Enough beds and space for more people on sleeping couch, but the latter was not very comfortable. Nice windows for closing off the sun, beds were fine, kitchen equipment was fine, nice that we got two sets of keys for eight people. Personnel was not very friendly. Airco in one of the rooms was not really an airco which made it very hard to sleep. Other rooms airco was nice.

        The Apartment is located within the restricted zone of the Old Town and so the prices for rooms (payable in Kunas only) are not cheap. Our hired car drivers found the Apartment readily but they could not legally drive us inside. It meant that we, a party of 11 from Hong Kong, had to walk a few minutes with our baggage before checking in five rooms on July 26, 2017. While the female receptionist with the help of a gentleman would carry some of the baggages up to the rooms (no lift) after checking in, there were no such offer coming down. The size of the rooms are small but clean. The apartment facilities are very basic eg just one kettle at the reception to satisfy all Apartment users' need of hot water to make cup noodles! The Apartment is about 10- minute walk to the nearest place of interest and about half an hour to the promenade. We bought back something from a supermarket and had a very simple breakfast at the Apartment's pubic area the next morning. It was fortunate that the the lead driver for our following leg of our journey was the same driver who drove us to the Apartment the day before so that we had some tacit understanding how we (or the cars) looked like and where to meet!

        Woodworm in walls and staff refused to help. The noise of the worms chewing was audible all night, which was awful. We told the staff but they refused to help, just laughing it off and saying it might be "ghosts". Split is really nice, but this place ruined our stay.

        The service was very poor since there is no place to check in. You have to call them to find out which room you have but we couldn't call as we don't have an international plan. Thankfully a friendly resident let us borrow their phone. The room was large but for the family room the extra bedroom is lofted. Also the room itself was up 3 long flights of stairs.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
