From the minute we arrived we knew we had found a diamond in the rough. What an amazing hotel. The views from the infinity are superb, especially the sunset..WOW! Rooms are impeccable, fresh towels & water everyday. Breakfast,lunch & service is amazing. Location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to Oia. 5 minutes to the supermarket. We would return tomorrow. Don’t hesitate to book!! You will not regret it. *****

This property although part of a large conglomerate is run by a small number of people who are very humble and nice . Mr Alex and Mr Panos who are the managers are very nice and will go the extra length to make your stay comfortable. The location is the weak point , it’s neither close to oia nor to fira. The approach road is extremely narrow so if you are renting a car make sure it’s a small one or else you will struggle. Breakfast is excellent and of good quality. Lunch/ dinner menu although not elaborate it’s good enough. All the staff including the housekeeping staff are excellent . One tip: if you want privacy choose a room away from the pool. They also play soft music in the pool area so if u keep your windows open you might hear it

outstanding stay! New structure, excellent location (10 minutes from Oia). Really wonderful pool area, the rooms are large and equipped with all comforts. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I recommend improving just a few courses at breakfast. For the rest I absolutely recommend this structure, I hope to return.

This is my honest opinion. My wife and I booked a private villa with a pool at this hotel in April for our 7 years anniversary, The location of this hotel wasn’t that great especially driving down the narrow pathway/driveway to get to the hotel. So honestly if you plan on renting a car (don’t) especially if you coming to this hotel (trust me) The staff was great, nice and very respectful. My only real issue was with the manager who refused to give my wife and I a partial refund due to the heat in the room not working. The hotel ended up down grading us from a Private Villa to a regular room because it was no other Villas available. So in other words I basically paid for the price of a private Villa suite to end up staying in a regular room. The manager had every opportunity to make it right but chose not to. So again nothing against the Staff who did a great job, the food was amazing and y’all hospitality was great but as a person who paid their hard earned money not to get what I paid for is really disappointing. I hope you get it together in the future and do what’s right for others.

This hotel has the nicest staff and is impeccably clean. It has great views of the water, a great infinity pool and is so peaceful. The only downside is the road in, is extremely narrow ! Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
