It's a great location, if you don't mind the noise that is. We had a room on the end of the hotel so it was away from Khosan road. We still heard base from the clubs downstairs, I can imagine if you're a light sleeper that this is a problem. But if you don't mind it, you're in the heart of Bangkok and everything is easily reachable so it suited me very well.

I wanted to share my experience. While the hotel is well-located, there was a significant issue that affected my stay. On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to various attractions and entertainment options in the area. However, the downside was the noise level, particularly from nearby discos. The sound from the discos was not only audible but also strong enough to make the bed vibrate, which made it nearly impossible to get a peaceful night's sleep. If you're someone who enjoys a lively nightlife and doesn't mind the constant party atmosphere, this hotel might be a good fit for you. However, if you value a quiet and restful night, I would recommend looking elsewhere. During my three-day stay, the noise issue persisted, and I found it extremely challenging to get the rest I needed. This left me feeling tired and less than satisfied with my overall experience. It has a great location but falls short in terms of providing a quiet and restful atmosphere. If you prioritize a good night's sleep, you might want to explore other accommodation options in the area.

I would like to say this hotel has a worse service. I know the hotel isn’t 5 stars but doesn’t mean (the ladyboy staff at the night shift on 18 Jan) reception has to be mean and look down to customers even I was joiner or whatever. I also do service way and I know how it works. You guys must to be nice not only just people you like. That’s kind of discrimination. Please just think about it, your hotel needs customers that’s how you’re running your business. And please take care of your staff that one of yours, take care of her behavior, even she’s been working for 10 years. It doesn’t mean she can do whatever she wants, yelling to customers like this. You better know how to handle this situation. If someone’s looking for cheap hotels around here, just look somewhere else, this hotel is worse of hotel with a monster of staffs. thanks.

Quick to take a cash deposit and spell out check out time to you but it would have been really great if reception simply told us that if you want your room cleaned you have to hang the sign-up on the door, else it will not be cleaned. When you call reception to ask for clean towels and water their "5 minutes" is actually 45min.

The hotel in itself is decent with good location. Can be a lot noisy at night but we faced a very bad behavior from the male receptionist. He was threw extremely RACIST remarks especially for Indians and said stuff like "Learn some manners". Don't go to this hotel if you don't want to ruin your trip to Thailand.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
