Hotel is easy to reach and does have a parking (600f per hour) The Lobby is nice and the staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful (Peter). The rooms (renovated) are nice but small. The gym is a bit older but ok. The spa is disappointing: open for public (not a issue in general) but no one seems to care about the rules and therefore in the sauna (“dry one”) it shows 70% (!) Humidity (!!!!!!) in the afternoon. A Sauna should have 5-10% and in a Hotel I would not care if it’s 30%.. In the steam room is it very noisy (already commented a year ago) and there is no relaxing zone which does not help to relax.. The biggest disappointment was when I tried to make the guard aware of it.. He does not care at all - and shows me that.. not professional and not very motivating to come again. Update one week after my First Review: Spa still same (no training happend even if she wrote that as a aswer) Room everyday cold because the staff switches off the power - have to shower in the cold and wait to heat up the room again ! Heater in the bathroom is not working too. But they take the towel away every day even if i do not place it on the floor. Expected more..

Had stayed here for 5 nights for a software engineering conference(2019 pre covid era) view from the room was excellent and the room was big was a double split beds kinda room,atleast the room that was alloted to me directly faced the riverfront at night i could also see the lights on the bridges and the famous parliment building from my window. Breakfast and lunch(free since conference) and other snacks,pattisere, drinks(again free) were excellent,quite the variety. Front desk lady was super polite and showed on a actual physical map what all we could visit,where the trams,bus lines were etc etc. Other staff was super polite and friendly too(expected some racism as a person of indian origin,got none like absolute zero racism). Bathroom was slightly smaller than expected but was well heated. Sundecks great for sunbathing too. Buildings around the hotel seems straight out of a cold war/spy cold war movie. Best part was its located near to the metro,bus lines and is in the quite part of the riverfront rather than the crowded part of budapest near the chain birdge. The riverfront was quite peaceful to sit and relax in the evenings.

They do not pay attention to the etiquette of treating guests, and unfortunately, I was surprised when their boss came yesterday during my meal with cheap clowning and an annoying voice, and I advised him with my hand that what he was doing was not right, so he went to his colleague and laughed sarcastically like a clown and said obscene words, so I mocked him and asked the waiter to change the table so that I would not see this ridiculous thing. I was surprised by the badness and lack of cleanliness of the room. There was not even A bottle of water as a welcome and no slipper. When I asked, they said there is only a small size. The reception and bar are much better. Small and shallow bathrooms, and the lifeguard listens to the radio and does not respond to the customer’s greeting. The worst hotel, rooms and staff. very nice fitness hall

No water in the rooms (expected to use toilet sink water). Reception less than accommodating. Breakfast is standard: decent variety but average quality. Shower in bath + shower head unstable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
