        Really comfortable stay, the hotel was very well-presented and clean. I can't fault the room at all. The location is very convenient as well. Close to both underground stations to connect you to central London. The staff seemed a little bit dismissive and uninterested when checking us in. Overall, great hotel to stay in.

        I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Dao by Dorsett, Shepherds Bush. Rosie (front of house) was so accommodating to us and went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable to the point where we felt so at home within a few moments of being there. Thank you Rosana, we will never forget how much you looked out for us and we will definitely be back one day. Lots of love, The ginger sisters ❤️

        We did not stay here. We moved our booking once (due to illness) but needed to move it a second time due to a funeral of a friend. The hotel refused to move the booking and told us it was "policy". The policy is clear - we don't dispute that - but these were exceptional circumstances and we hoped for some leniency. We didn't want to cancel it, just move it. It cost us £191 and we didn’t stay there. The lack of kindess and / or understanding we received in communication from Dao by Dorsett was upsetting - especially during a difficult time – as we just received generic replies from a “Reservation Agent” (who didn't even acknowledge our circumstances). Please think twice about staying here as it is expensive and they’re very rigid with their policies.

        I booked my room a month earlier, when i showed up to the hotel they had changed my reservation without taking my permission to a smaller room with less space, when i said I want to cancel because that was not my room that I reserved they said they will deduct the money from my visa. It’s not fair it’s not professional. I would never book with them again ever. It’s not fair they overbook rooms and then give a downgrade without asking the customer if they want it, i say downgrade because the room i booked was a room and a living room 38 square meter and the one they gave me was one small room and 26 square meters. I didn’t like the service the booking system or the downgrade i got.

        We had to find a new hotel day of arriving after a long night from the US. The staff was so helpful and accommodating to get us into our room fast and with what we needed. It truly made our trip staying here. It’s a beautiful hotel, close to great pubs, coffee shops, and walking distance to multiple transportation spots! We always felt safe, the staff was always helpful, they deserve more stars then 5 in our opinion! The rooms were fantastic, spacious, beautiful and the amenities exceed all expectations for the price on the room! We had a fabulous stay and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone traveling to London!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
