        -Location in Lisbon is good. -Price is good. BUT -The apartment was not very dirty but with broken or worn down details. -Reception and other public spaces of the facility did not make a good impression. -The apartment door had no isolation and a large gap, thus the apartment was very loud. -Service did leave quite much space for improvement -General feeling of security low. ----- When I arrived to the property nobody knew if the reservation had been paid or not. This took almost an hour to solve. But was only to be solved by cancelling the existing reservation. Problematic because all related documents were lost and no invoice or review possible (booking.com). Payment could be done but no receipt/invoice received because "not possible". An invoice was promised to be sent per email by two employees. One month passed and though I have asked for this several times, still no invoice. -- Several of the apartments lights did not function and the bathroom was flooded. So I got an another apartment. Next day when I had already left the property a few hours ago, the facility calls me and says, I have to pack my stuff and change the apartment without any further explanation. -- My general feeling about the property and it's security was correct. I had put some empty cans at the apartment door as an "alarm". Luckily. During the last night of my stay, at 01:20 one or more employees wanted to access the apartment. Because of the "alarm system" I woke up and could stop stop them from entering the apartment. Though I have asked several times for an explanation, no response. Was it just a mistake, attempted robbery or something else - I don't know, but definitely not a nice experience. -- Due to what I was confronted with at the facility, I really can not recommend this property to anybody. Save your money somewhere else, not here. Others may have not had my experiences, so maybe I got just unlucky, and your stay will be perfect.

        Scam !! We waited 20min when we arrived with the staff ignoring us. We made a reservation for 6 nights, 2 months before, but they told us that there was no beds left for us and to go sleep outside. A lot of people were in the same situation when we arrive. They told us that we would be refund but 1 month after : nothing. We have contacted them several times but they ignore our messages or, worse still, lie to us and tell us that the transfer will be made. This place is just illegal, don't go there.

        Absolutely appalling customer service. My booking got cancelled by mistake. When I got there at 11pm , the guys told me about the mistake and didn’t care AT ALL that I had nowhere to stay. The guy started laughing where I asked him to help me. He was INCREDIBLY rude and not helpful at all.

        Poor experience. Says online there is a kitchen and washing machine but there is nothing. Only a microwave. As most the reviews have mentioned it’s dirty and lots of messy through out the waking areas. Small space and not very welcoming.

        Apartment 3C is located at the last floor (3rd), no elevator and steep stairs. Check in at 18.00. Hot AF and the restaurant below does the BBQ so if you keep the windows open the smoke come inside. bathroom is smelly and the door doesn't close. water pressure is very low. Very hard mattresses and small and thin pillows. During the night no problem with noise. The rest can be judged by the pictures. Verdict : Survivable and metro is near.
