        Perfect location Close to di trevi and barberini metro station taking us to every attraction . Apartament clean and comfortable. Very kind staff. Nice Italian breakfast only few steps away from the venue. Highly recommended !

        Yup same thing happened to us. Booked months in advance, we get here and meet a “manager” named Monica who happens to be outside, no lobby nothing stuck outside an alley way with luggage and she calls the owner. “No record of our 3 day reservation”. Told to call our booking company. So if you need a new hotel buy food at the White bar and restaurant less than 50 steps away they have Free WiFi while you look for another place to stay.

        I arrived at 11:00 p.m. and had no instructions to enter. The owner wanted me to move from room to room 3 times in a 4-day stay. The room without light that overlooks a dirty and noisy courtyard. All very sloppy. Super expensive for what it is. They charged me 70 Euros more and did not give me an invoice or explanations (despite the fact that the taxes were broken down in the shipping price!). Impossible to contact the hotel management during and after my stay. The DO NOT answer.

        Small, Nosie and no cleaning. We were there for 4 days, and never had cleaning. Its not a Hotel, Its a Airbnb. And appartement which has turn into small rooms and therefor are the the walls very thin, so you can even hear the TV next door. Not to mention that the A/C make a lot of noise from the fan outside the window. Its was not possible that they could storage our luggage (We wrote and asked), I guess because there is no staff. so we had to find a place in the city. Pro: The Location is great and the room was clean when we arrived. The bed is a 6/10. A/C works fine. We got it for a fair price(discount) - but I rather have a traditional Airbnb instead for this, its better value for money. Or pay the little bit extra with a Hotel that provides services. Would not recommend.

        Apparently I am not the only person who has experienced the same problem with this hotel. I booked a reservation through Expedia and was quickly notified by the hotel directly that they had to cancel my reservation because it had been double booked. I was told to reach out to Expedia for a refund. Expedia is unable to get ahold of the hotel to validate that the reservation was cancelled, nor has the hotel responded to my emails. Avoid this hotel, it is a SCAM. UPDATE 2 MONTHS LATER: Despite cancelling our reservation and us having proof, the hotel employee, Ceasar, has finally responded to Expedia and notified them that they will not issue a refund because we completed our stay. This is the same person who cancelled our reservation. If you are dealing with this same situation, I recommend working with your credit card company to issue a chargeback and notifying authorities of the fraud.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
