This place is incredible. My wife and I stayed for three nights during our honeymoon trip to Morocco and were absolutely blown away. It’s an oasis just outside the walls of the city. They have free shuttles to and from the city which makes getting anywhere you need to go easy. It’s great because after a long day of walking around Marrakech you go back to a beautiful garden and pool. We loved the combination of seeing the city while escaping it too. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Morocco.

Great location just outside the hustle of the Medina (but they provide a free shuttle to the City Center if you want to get a daily dose of the Medina). Beautiful property, rooms are VERY charming and very relaxing environment. I’ve stayed there three (3) different times and have always found a reason to come back. The staff is super friendly and reliable. Also the Manager Aziz is the best; knowledgeable (about everything Morrocco !), and extremely helpful. And of-course the bird sanctuary is a great touch! Try to coordinate airport transfers before arriving. The first visit our airport cab driver had a difficult time getting to location.

Dar Ayniwen Villa Hotel is nothing short of an experience of paradise. Imagine the feeling you would get discovering an oasis in a desert except when you arrive it's better than that. Set in lush palm tree sprinkled grounds with its own bird sanctuary, it provides an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Even when the hotel is full (it only has accommodation for 18 people), you always feel as though you have the place to yourself. With rooms in the main house and in the gardens we stayed in Le Rotunde at the end of the gardens. It is exquisitely and authentically decorated with a beautiful round bedroom (and of course, a round bed), a bathroom that cleverly blends retro decor with modern facilities, and has its own swimming pool. Service and food is 5 star, actually the whole experience is 5 star. We couldn't get enough of Dar Ayniwen, and enjoyed it so much we just had to stay one more day. We'll be back again next year as sure as the sun shines, to visit a paradise that maybe the world's best kept secret.

Relaxing and peaceful. Only the noise of the birds will disturb you. The staff are discreet but always there for your every need. The pool is a good size and great to keep cooling down. We almost had the place to ourselves so it felt very special. The gardens are fantastic and well kept with a fish pond and bird garden. Sauna, hamam and massages are available if you don't feel relaxed enough!! Great sanctuary from the bustling centre of MARRAKECH.

Truly wonderful place. The garden is a paradise with an exotic bird sanctuary and wildlife all around. Plus a siamese cat. Great food. Genuinely welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely pool. Exquisite rooms. The only complaint I have is that we didn't stay longer. 5 stars truly deserved. I hope to return one day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
