Do not confuse with the nearby Riad Boutouil, these are 2 different establishments at 2 different addresses. No sign above the door so if you are at 92 derb Harbil (kasbah medina) ring the bell. Pleasant, surprisingly quiet place and very close to magnificent visits (Saadian tombs, Bahia palace...). 15 minutes walk from Jama El-Fna square. Pleasant welcome. Hassan gives good advice. A perfectly adequate breakfast. The rooms are of sufficient size. Unfortunately they are damp. Little advice to avoid bad odors: fill the siphons with water (shower and especially floor). Do not hesitate to put the mat on the one that is on the ground. The big downside concerns the theoretically included transfer. No problem at first, but on arrival if we hadn't taken a taxi, we would still be there (thanks leisure auctions).

Despite not being the first destination we were going to go to, since they changed us, we were very happy to be there. Driss very friendly, very quiet place and very well connected. Fatima gave us a good Moroccan breakfast every day. Without a doubt a recommendable place.

Certainly the comfort is Spartan. But it's clean and it's in the heart of Marrakesh (everything to visit is within walking distance). The real plus of this place are its employees: helpful, kind, smiling. A good place to settle down for all modest budgets.

We had a pleasant stay.riad well located quiet welcoming.the staff is friendly smiling helpful.the breakfast is very good traditional. cleaning is done every day, I don't know her first name but what kindness of this lady. Good support for our arrival at the airport. Walking distance to very good restaurant and spa not far away. We will return with great pleasure to this very beautiful and welcoming country.

No stay, shame not to be able to put zero, welcome we ask you directly for the taxes of 10eur per person fortunately I had exchanged at the airport. Riad, we were put in 1 room with the smell of sewage, dirty, dilapidated, in short, after having slept 2 nights in this room we were finally able to get another room, and the same previous room was re-rented to another couple without any repair. The lounge on the ground floor is supposed to be for customers, but in reality it is reserved for staff, it is impossible to go there without you as it makes you uncomfortable Ha if an advantage close to the Jamaa el Fna square, personally I prefer to be further away and better housed, in short otherwise the city and the inhabitants are at the top fortunately

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
