Can’t fault location (for 5 min walk access to square and Bahia palace), service (Said and Coralie are warm and wonderful hosts) and the quality of the room and shared areas. Breakfast good and loved the access to terrace, rooftop. Rooms were large and included a tea kettle and tea/coffee. Would recommend!

My wife and I and two other friends spent 4 days in Riad Dar Chadia in October 2023 and had a wonderful experience. First of all, the staff, Said and Coralie were exceptional. Said made arrangement for our pick up from the airport to the Riad as well as getting a car for us to see the places faraway at reasonable cost. They were there to support for all our needs, even exchanging the money. They are like a friend that you can count on. The place is clean at the center of the attractions with a nice breakfast. We will definitely go there agin if time permits. Thank you Said and Coralie for your excellent support.

Really nice and cozy place in Marrakesch. The hosts are super welcoming, picking you up in the middle of the night and helping you out whenever you need it. It’s very clean and the breakfast is delicious!

Said was a fantastic host! He was super nice and very easy to chat with. He taught us all about his Berber upbringing and community. The riad has good air conditioning and nice rooms along with included breakfast. It also has a nice rooftop terrace to enjoy breakfast and sunset at. They also had some nice wines and hookah set to enjoy in the evening.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
